-As First coat will be applied epoxy paint base with surface tolerance and dry film thickness of 180 micron

-As the second coat , arcylic polyurethane top layer with high resistance with a dry film thickness of 70 micron

Radiographic Tests :

-Welding Seams of the tank will be subject to radiographic control by 100 % longtidunal values .

-Radiographic images will comply with the EN 1435 standard.

-The Relevant staff will be certified according to EN473.

-Radiographic examinations will be made through high-sensitive , panoramic and linear X-Ray devices.

-These controls will be executed by certified staff

Penetration Test or Magnetic Particle Test :

-Nozzle _Body and Manhole – Body Welds will be controlled through penetration or magnetic particle testmethod by 100%

Hydrostatic Test :

-Following the construction , the tanks will be subject to hydrostatic test as per the design rules and standards.

-During hydrostatic Test , clean and fresh water will be used.No Liquid which may react to the tank materials will be usedfor hydrostatic test.

-In case the water and ambient temperature is below 15 C, the hydrostatic test will be not performed

-The Hydrostatic test will be accompanied by the independent certification body TURK LYOD .

-Following the hydrostatic test, inside and all internal Pipes of the Tank will be dehydrated.

-Inside of the Gas will be purged with gaseous nitrogen.
