The client had a specific need to clean some parts accurately and thoroughly.
It was important to provide a solution that was able to remove all types of residue and ensure complete and deep cleaning of the parts.
The challenge of the project
To meet the customer’s requirements, a suitable and customized ultrasonic machine had to be built to effectively clean the customer’s specific parts of all parameters for each basket.
In addition, an automatic system for loading and unloading the baskets from start to finish and a data collection system for all basket parameters.
This would ensure that the client gets a complete and satisfactory cleaning solution.
Our solution
Our solution consisted of an 8-stage ultrasound machine, each equipped with a specialized solution for each phase of the cleaning process. The entire process was automated with a robot to ensure compliance with process deadlines.
