The BPM-100 TICAB Mini Crack Sealing Machine is a portable unit widely used in the field of road construction to fill and repair cracks, joints, splits, delaminations in asphalt pavement. The manual caster resembles a cart. The unit consists of a welded metal frame equipped with wheels and a hopper mounted on it Bitumen briquettes are put into the hopper, which are heated with a burner and a gas cylinder to a temperature of 180 - 200 °. There is a thermometer on the caster body, which allows to control the temperature of bitumen in the hopper and avoid overheating of the material.
Inside the hopper there is a so-called agitator designed for mixing the material, as well as a tap - dispenser, with which the heated mixture is fed to the outside.
